Kazumi Tokiwa (常盤 カズミ Tokiwa Kazumi) is one of the double main protagonists of Futari wa Milky Holmes. She is the partner of Alice Myojingawa in Feathers whose Toys lets her produce a bow and arrow out of light which, when combined with Alice's barrier Toys, become more powerful.
